Crystals

This is such an easy project that has such pretty results. These crystals are so bright and colorful.

They would be great for a sensory table.

We used: Ice cream salt, water color paints, bowl, spatula and cookie sheet.
Pour in the paint and stir.
Spread at on cookie sheet and allow to dry.
It is much prettier than the picture shows.

Will it turn their fingers colors if I put it at the sensory table? These are so pretty I would love to make them.

What an awesome idea - I see lots of possibilities!

If you allow the crystals to dry completely before putting them in the tableTthe paint will stay on the salt not on the fingers.

This looks like a lot of fun! Can you get the ice-cream salt at any grocery store?

Stopping by from workboxes and now following. I love home schooling blogs as I get lots of great ideas from them and often use the ideas with my own kids. Hope you will stop by and follow back:)
